
Paul Eaves FCA MSI BSc (Hons)

Paul is Managing Partner of Eaves & Co. He is a Chartered Accountant and a Member of the Securities Institute.
Paul is a graduate in biochemistry from the University of York. After working with the Inland Revenue as an Inspector of Taxes on their accelerated promotion track he joined Arthur Andersen, where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant, working in their Leeds and London offices as a senior manager. After 10 years with Andersens, Paul established Eaves & Co in 1994.
He has substantial experience in advising on taxation.
Paul enjoys watching football, and family life.
Paul Davison FCCA, Chartered Tax Adviser

Paul joined Eaves & Co as Partner in September 2005.
He has been a tax professional for eleven years. Spending six of those years with Ernst & Young as a member of their corporate tax team, progressing to Senior Consultant. After leaving EY he joined a local firm as their Tax Director dealing on a day to day basis with tax planning and compliance for local SME businesses.
Paul is experienced in all taxes that affect businesses and individuals and has developed and implemented a number of solutions and structures for his clients since becoming a partner at Eaves & Co. He is also responsible for our tax compliance services and our VAT advice.
His strengths complement those of Paul Eaves as he is excellent at implementing projects and rigorously considering the technical analysis of our advice.
Paul enjoys a busy family life and in what is left of his time he plays football, badminton and golf.
Gill Tomlinson FCA, Chartered Tax Adviser

Gill joined Eaves and Co in February 2008 as Senior Tax Consultant.
After graduating from Durham University in Economic History & Sociology, she moved to Yorkshire and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte and then as a Chartered Tax Adviser with KPMG. She then spent many years with Grant Thornton in their corporate tax department and also had brief spells as a tax advisor with another local firm and in industry.
Gill enjoys keeping fit, outdoor sports, pedigree cats and travelling
David Stebbings, Tax Trainee

Having graduated from the University of Sheffield with a 2:1 in English Literature, David joined Eaves & Co in 2007. He has passed the ATT specialist tax qualification.
When he’s not working or studying, David enjoys watching football, playing tennis, music, films and photography. He also has two pet Roborovski dwarf hamsters that are very entertaining. |
